To authenticate you, run the analyses you request, enforce fair-use limits, and secure the service. If you separately opt in, we also use your email for the Quorum performance and benchmarking newsletter. It may include observed prediction results, benchmark comparisons, methodology and audit updates, educational research, tier or feature news, access announcements, and offers. Historical or observed results do not predict future results. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of service. We do not sell personal data and do not serve third-party ad tracking.
LLM inference providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepInfra) receive only the analysis prompt content, not your account credentials. Transactional and consented marketing email is sent via our email provider. Where Google sign-in is used, Google's OAuth applies.
Login sessions expire after 48 hours. OTP codes expire within minutes. Account and portfolio data persist until you request deletion. Marketing-consent and suppression records are retained as needed to prove and honor your choice.
Email info@natkal.ai to access or permanently delete your account and all associated data (portfolio, watchlist, sessions, logs) — handled via a cascading delete. You may withdraw email-marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every marketing message or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect login, security, billing, or requested service messages.

Our public, read-only consensus feed (/api/public/consensus) and the Quorum Signals agent listed on third-party marketplaces such as capafy.ai need no account. When you ask about a company, the only data sent to us is the company name or ticker you typed, your IP address and user agent (rate limiting and abuse prevention), and an optional channel tag such as src=capafy so we can count where requests come from. We keep these request logs, with no personal identifier beyond the IP address, for up to 12 months. The marketplace operator processes your account, payment and chat history under its own privacy policy; we never receive them. Our public edge is relayed through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata as our processor.
