To the maximum extent permitted by law, natkal.ai is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the service.
We may send messages necessary to operate your account, including login codes, security notices, access or waitlist updates you requested, billing messages, and material service or terms notices. If you separately opt in, we may email the Quorum performance and benchmarking newsletter, including observed prediction results, benchmark comparisons, methodology or audit updates, educational research, tier and product news, access announcements, promotions, and offers. These messages may contain commercial marketing. Newsletter consent is optional, is not preselected, and is not required to create or use an account. Every newsletter includes a working unsubscribe method. Withdrawing marketing consent does not terminate your account.
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be presented through the service or by a non-promotional service notice. A terms update does not enroll you in marketing communications.
